Absolutely loved the service we had with this company! Matt Martin went over all the procedures and best ways to keep our Air conditioners in working order. Previous bids were outrageous! So when we heard the cost of this visit, we were hooked with this service and integrity of the company! No wonder they are named Five Star Air Conditioners !

Chad provided top notch service, patiently helping us understand our plumbing issue and options for repair. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely call Five Star again for any future plumbing issues (I’m already a happy HVAC customer).

Oscar and Five Star Air were amazing. They worked so hard to get the job done when it was 110 degrees outside and 97 degrees in my house to get my entire unit replaced and installed. AND of course it went out on a Friday night!! Oscar explained everything and tried everything to prevent needing to replace my unit. Leizel and Tim went to bat and held my hand to help me get financing. Alfonso and Gilbert did the official install! Chuck came out the following day to check in and I couldnt be happier! Professional and kind all the way around! Impeccable communication! I will only use Five Star for my AC needs!

We now have an air conditioning unit that was installed in a highly professional manor. The technician’s were professional answers all questions and work was done in a timely manner. Office staff was great also I had a restribe schedule and they worked around my schedule. Sales staff was informative and knowledgeable helping me with my needs. I highly recommend this organization

5 Star A/C did an Amazing job!!! All of the employees we worked with were professional, friendly and went above and beyond our expectations! They came out within 2 hours of our first phone call. They brought and set up a portable a/c unit to get through the worst of the heat while waiting for the new unit to be installed. Dan and the installers communicated with my husband every step of the way. I don't know how these fantastic installers work for hours in this heat outside and in stuffy hot attics. They even put new trim/molding on our attic entry! Plus they offer several finance options! We have been dreading the day we had to replace our unit that served us for 24 years but this company showed us that great customer service does still exist! We cannot Thank You all enough for caring! We 100% recommend 5 Star A/C!!!
